- Defective Items: Eligible for return.

Covered Under Warranty:
- Damage on Arrival: Report any issues upon receiving the product.
- Soundboard Failure: Check our troubleshooting guide before requesting support.
- Product Defects: Defects that fall outside industry standards will be reviewed.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Dueling Damage: Damage from combat use, including impacts or strikes during dueling, which may stress or snap skinny-neck designs.
- Blatant Abuse: Misuse or intentional damage.
- Improper Operation: Issues due to incorrect use.
- Resale Products: Items bought from secondary markets.
- Retention Screws: Ensure screws are properly installed and not over tightened. Damage to screw heads by overtightening will cause issues with removing your blade and is NOT covered under warranty.
Important Note:
Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty. Contact Customer Support for assistance.
For support, submit a ticket, and our team will respond within 48 hours.
Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable

This being my first purchase from Theory Sabers, I was excited to see how good the product was going to be....and boy was I more than happy! While this is one of the more affordable options, don't let that fool you. The quality and craftsmanship is top notch, and feels great to swing around! Love it a lot!
The saber itself is great. Well made. Good quality materials.
However it took almost a month to receive it. It isn't made clear during the order process that US shipments are international and could sit in customs for 2 weeks. If you were counting on receiving this on deadline (like as a gift) be sure to give yourself LOTS of time.

Regarding the shipping time, the extended delivery window was due to the overwhelming volume during our largest sale of the year, which was clearly communicated on our website and throughout the checkout process. We were transparent that orders placed during the sale period would experience delays.
As for international shipping, our fulfillment location and potential customs delays are also outlined prior to purchase. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, international transit times, especially during peak seasons, can vary and are outside of our control.

Very much worth the price it feels expensive and is great quality, can’t find much better out there. The attention to detail was impressive from the packaging to the hilt. Got the 32 inch blade and it’s still great for swinging in the house. Support was helpful.
to begin I’ve been watching Star Wars theory for many years just like a lot of you and when I finally purchased my Luke Saber and it arrived I was surprised that I got a free Darth reven doing saber with it the quality of both Sabers immaculate couldn’t ask for any better the packaging the box the parts it comes with the stand everything is perfect. Star Wars theory really cares about his customers and it shows will be buying more in the future, do all of yourselves a favor and choose theory sabers

Looks great, wish the controls were explained a little better, but it was very easy to use once I figured it out.
Firstly, the hilt is nicely built and sturdy. However, this is definitely something to not be used in dueling. Considering there are 5 retention screw areas, this thing comes loose all the time, so much so that I had to buy more screws on Amazon because they all wore down from all of the tightening I had to do. It’s also very difficult to line up the blade to screw it in properly. Yes I do love this saber and immediately after I tighten it it does great, but I just wish I could actually use it.
