Love the blade ignitions and sounds amazing

Overall this saber was definitely worth picking up. Definitely the highest quality saber I've bought in my life. The weight feels amazing in your hand, and you really can tell how much effort and care went into the design. Something I particularly like is that you can remove the curved plate on the bottom of the hilt if you don't like the way it feels. The customization with sound fonts and blade colors is also unparalleled across other retailers. However, there are some constructive criticisms I have, mainly to do with the controls.

Some of the controls are unintuitive and, as others have mentioned, occasionally just don't function as they seem they are supposed to. The button will click and seem like it is pressed when it is not registered as fully pressed, leading to problems when so many of the controls are reliant on holding the button down. Pressing it hard enough to register as pressed can also be frustrating when you are trying to see the flashing button light to use different functions, as it takes up more of your finger. However, this is not really a big deal in itself once you get the hang of it.

The inconsistency with the button press combined with the gesture controls, wherein you can get music to play based on the blade being off, holding the button and holding the blade pointed at the ground, is the absolute worst thing with this saber in my opinion. I can't get this control to work to save my life. Half the time it will turn on the music AND the blade, which it isn't supposed to. Sometimes it will also change the volume mode because when holding the button down, it will register as not being pressed before you are done holding the button, which is somewhat difficult to maintain as you twist it.

I am also somewhat convinced that my saber only comes with one song, as I've only ever heard one as I've been toying with this function. I believe that the inconsistencies with the controls are preventing me from hearing more of the songs. Perhaps this would be easier if I took the blade out, but taking the blade out in order to get the music to work properly is not a desirable solution. My friend got one with the standard RGB board and his had 3 songs, so I assume there's supposed to be at least 3 songs on the SNV4 with the free Mark 1 Package, but I have no way of knowing unless I can get the controls to work consistently and get more songs to play. A list would be really helpful as I continue to mess with this - maybe it is working as intended with only the one song and I'm wasting time trying to get more to play.

I am quite thrilled with the saber overall, outside of the music controls. Once I finally had it in my hands and started playing around with it, I knew that I did not regret purchasing this, and I will most likely purchase more in the future. I really can't gush enough about how it feels to actually hold. It's about as close to the movies as you can get. I fell in love with the design on the site and then once you hold it, it's a whole new level.

I would really recommend TheorySabers, but there is definitely a learning curve to the controls.

I purchased this lightsaber during the free saber give away and I absolutely love my free saber! However the Lord Luke saber although it's a beautiful design and it feels great I have had some small issues.

1 I've had a problem with a speaker, it seems to be making a crackling sound, but only on a couple of the fonts

2 the button, sometimes it straight up doesn't work, luckily you have gesture controls which works fantastically well.

3 the retention screws, my blade kept coming loose, and it just didn't seem to make a difference after I kept fastening it. I don't mind too much as this saber isn't for dueling and rather for display. And it does state on the website that sometimes this can happen. But I had no issues with my free saber that stays out.

4 I don't know if this is normal but even right from when I got the saber out of the bag, we noticed that there was a rattling sound coming from the bottom of the saber. Turns out the handle on the actual battery is loose but from what I can tell it doesn't affect anything.

Apart from these issues, The saber itself feels premium. They've definitely used high quality material! As this saber is going up on my display I don't mind too much about some of the Minor issues I'm having, and because I got a free saber which is absolutely flawless, I still feel like I got a good bang for my buck.
I've reached out to support, just to see if anything can be done, so far they've been super nice, quick to respond and so far I have no issues.

Overall I'm gonna give this saber a 4/5. It's still a good saber and I imagine going of the other reviews, it seems like it might just be me. And if that's the case, I must have just been a one off. I've read many reviews on this site and I don't see many negative ones.
So don't be put off, I would still recommend this saber and the current offer they have on now makes it all the more worth it.

I'm overall very happy with my purchase, will be making another purchase in future. The only thing I will say is that theirs a little bit of a rattle towards the bottom end of the saber where the battery is when swinging, nothing major, you probably won't even hear it thanks to how loud and clear the speaker is on this thing. I must point out it's incredible!

Everything feels super high In quality. Also just for the sake of noting, the retention screws are not the best and do become loose. But in all fairness that is stated on the website and it is by no means a hindrance. So it is normal and I was reassured to know, but I do hope as these sabers keep getting better and better, I hope so do the retention screws :)

Overall, delivery was fast, The quality feels premium. And even the button although I do prefer the one I got on my free saber, (thanks theory, love it) as long as you are not carelessly mashing the button it will remain firm and stable with no problems at all.
Very happy for the price I paid. Definitely a good starter for anyone wanting to get into owning a saber.

This feels like something Luke from Legends would wield. I love the absence of the control box and the solid hilt. I honestly prefer this to the Prodigal Son.

This is a great saber to wield. Since it has no control box. Not very heavy as well. I also got a free saber in the promotion and gave that to my daughter. She loves it.
