Returns
- Defective Items: Eligible for return.
- Non-Defective Items: Returns accepted only if:Requested within 14 days of delivery.Item is unopened with all original tags and packaging.

Covered Under Warranty:
- Damage on Arrival: Report any issues upon receiving the product.
- Soundboard Failure: Check our troubleshooting guide before requesting support.
- Product Defects: Defects that fall outside industry standards will be reviewed.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Dueling Damage: Damage from combat use, including impacts or strikes during dueling, which may stress or snap skinny-neck designs.
- Blatant Abuse: Misuse or intentional damage.
- Improper Operation: Issues due to incorrect use.
- Resale Products: Items bought from secondary markets.
- Retention Screws: Ensure screws are properly installed and not over tightened. Damage to screw heads by overtightening will cause issues with removing your blade and is NOT covered under warranty.

Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty. Contact Customer Support for assistance.

Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable

The whole package is amazing works great however something happened to my hilt and it is very very very loose and rattles when swinging it I’ve got it all packed up to send

I purchased the chosen one proffie this summer. It's an amazing saber and I love using it. The original pixle blade quit working after 5 months and had to order the replacement. It seems to be working great now. It is kinda a bummer that the pixle blade just quit working after very light use and had to pay an additional 100 bucks but happy with the replacement.
I got the affordable version of Maul’s lightsabers, and they work great. I’ve only had one problem which was my fault, I was spinning the blade and it slipped and the tip shattered when it hit the concrete, but other than that it is wonderful.
I got my Saber with a 36 inch blade and after about 2 minutes I knew my surroundings were in danger. Theory dropped a 25% deal and I jumped on the 26. It does what the 36 inch does, just 10 inches less of destruction.
Hey Scott, Theory here. The 26 is really nice and practical for tight spaces where you still want to get some twirling and practice in, but don't want to break stuff around the room. Good choice and thanks for supporting us, see you on the next one!
Shipment was quick. The neopixel is good but I got better quality neopixel blades for similar prize.
Got it as a replacement for a blade w/ a snapped wire, does as needed.
Great quality. Can't go wrong with buying extra blade for your proffie saber. I picked a 26" it is short and nice for spinning.
