Returns
- Defective Items: Eligible for return.
- Non-Defective Items: Returns accepted only if:Requested within 14 days of delivery.Item is unopened with all original tags and packaging.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping on non-defective items.
Restocking Fee: A 10% (30% for limited editions) fee applies to non-defective returns in acceptable condition.
Order Cancellation: A 10% (30% for limited editions) cancellation fee (based on the paid order value, excluding discounts) will be deducted from your refund.
For Sales made During Conventions: All sales made with us in conventions are final, and items bought from us during conventions cannot be returned or refunded.

Covered Under Warranty:
- Damage on Arrival: Report any issues upon receiving the product.
- Soundboard Failure: Check our troubleshooting guide before requesting support.
- Product Defects: Defects that fall outside industry standards will be reviewed.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Dueling Damage: Damage from combat use, including impacts or strikes during dueling, which may stress or snap skinny-neck designs.
- Blatant Abuse: Misuse or intentional damage.
- Improper Operation: Issues due to incorrect use.
- Resale Products: Items bought from secondary markets.
- Retention Screws: Ensure screws are properly installed and not over tightened. Damage to screw heads by overtightening will cause issues with removing your blade and is NOT covered under warranty.

Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty. Contact Customer Support for assistance.

Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable
