Covered Under Warranty:
- Damage on Arrival: Report any issues upon receiving the product.
- Soundboard Failure: Check our troubleshooting guide before requesting support.
- Product Defects: Defects that fall outside industry standards will be reviewed.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Dueling Damage: Damage from combat use, including impacts or strikes during dueling, which may stress or snap skinny-neck designs.
- Blatant Abuse: Misuse or intentional damage.
- Improper Operation: Issues due to incorrect use.
- Resale Products: Items bought from secondary markets.
- Retention Screws: Ensure screws are properly installed and not over tightened. Damage to screw heads by overtightening will cause issues with removing your blade and is NOT covered under warranty.
Important Note:
Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty. Contact Customer Support for assistance.
For support, submit a ticket, and our team will respond within 48 hours.
Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable

Love the Revan saber, glad I bought the pixel lights
While the saber is nice and mostly sturdy, the way the blade is attached to the hilt is 2 tiny hex screws, which cut into the blade and causes damage. This is clearly not meant to be played with. as far as customer service goes the lack of communication regarding your order placed and the lack of completing an order is way too high for me to continue to do business with theory sabers. Truth be told it's not worth the money paid to have such stresses and worries. Thanks for a fancy paper weight and I hope one day to get the rest of my order.

In regard to the saber design, the blade is secured with retention screws an industry-standard method. When properly installed and used as intended, this setup should not cause significant damage to the blade. I got my saber last night and let it charge over night.
I've been having a blast the past few hours spinning it around and getting to know it's features.
My complaint is because of it's design, your thumb seems to rest pretty hard against one of the prongs and after some repetitive tricks like the obi-ani it can separate entirely. The screws that hold the prongs into the handle seem too short as one has separated and appears to have been secured with a touch of glue.
I'm sure I can fix it easily; but I shouldn't have to. -1 Star

I received my Butcher saber and the BOGO saber as well from the the ORDER66 sale.
I was so excited when I made my order from theory saber only to be so disappointed when I saw where it was shipping from, China. Not only was shipping a nightmare to track but it took far longer than I was told. I did not know theory saber was just a drop shipper for TXQ sabers on AliExpress.
This is an extremely misleading detail and not at all what you all claim on your site or on Theory's channel!
Everything points to theory saber being the builder and that it is based in Canada. What a lie!
To top that all off The BOGO saber I received is not even a saber that theory saber sells! It is litteratly a TXQ saber from AliExpress! It's a TXQSABER Devil Heavy Smooth Swing Lightsaber. Here is a link:

I feel so cheated! Not only is the saber I order not of high quality for the price I paid, but the BOGO saber is not even from the theory saber catalog and is of even poorer quality.
I really respected theory and thought this saber company was such a cool idea. Apparently this is just a cash grab. I can not recommend this saber and especially this misleading company to anyone I know!

Great quality
Absolutely love it. This was the first non-galaxy edge saber I bought. At the time of purchase, I did not know the difference between the boards. I wish I would have opted for the proffie but no complaints on the product. Happy I made the purchase and will be looking forward to the next saber I buy from Theory Sabers.
