Covered Under Warranty:
- Damage on Arrival: Report any issues upon receiving the product.
- Soundboard Failure: Check our troubleshooting guide before requesting support.
- Product Defects: Defects that fall outside industry standards will be reviewed.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Dueling Damage: Damage from combat use, including impacts or strikes during dueling, which may stress or snap skinny-neck designs.
- Blatant Abuse: Misuse or intentional damage.
- Improper Operation: Issues due to incorrect use.
- Resale Products: Items bought from secondary markets.
- Retention Screws: Ensure screws are properly installed and not over tightened. Damage to screw heads by overtightening will cause issues with removing your blade and is NOT covered under warranty.

Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable

Red and silver metal casing, heavy hilt, loud and extremely bright saber (100% expectations met). The only negative thing I would say about this particular hilt is that I didn't think about the
amount of buttons, which this particular saber has one button. It makes it a bit more unconventional. But the overall quality and style of the saber is unmatched. I wouldn't have bought any other saber or from any other brand of saber. Star Wars Theory and his team are the best in the biz, and had the first experience of being able to get in contact with someone via email with in just a few hours, with the team responding quicker than expected. Will not regret.
This is a great saber, I love the guard up at the top and I wish there were more designs that had that. It feels very Ralf McQuary(sp?) to me. Looking at the pictures I guess I got it in my head that it would be shorter and slimmer than it is. When it arrived I loved the length quite a bit, but compared to the Deca that I had purchased earlier it does feel a bit chonky. It's not so much that it ruins the hilt, but still it's there. Again, it's a 10/10 but expect to need a bit of a wide grip on this bad boy.
This saber is so awesome 10/10. I got the SNV4-Pixel blade and it’s so cool. The quality is amazing and it was relatively inexpensive. Will definitely be buying more
I scoured saber websites for weeks and just kept coming back to look at this one. The goal was to find a saber that looked good/ unique(not a replica). Also wanted something that had a good reputation for durability and wouldn’t be uncomfortable to hold. The Robo- ET2 is checking all the boxes so far. Time will tell, but so far I’m very happy with my Theory Saber purchase.
I bought this saber during the may 4th sale and I gotta say 1000% worth it. Good weight, quality of materials and overall love the product. The sound quality, the colors, i simply love everything about this saber.
