Covered Under Warranty:

Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Dueling Damage: Damage from combat use, including impacts or strikes during dueling, which may stress or snap skinny-neck designs.
- Blatant Abuse: Misuse or intentional damage.
- Improper Operation: Issues due to incorrect use.
- Resale Products: Items bought from secondary markets.
- Retention Screws: Ensure screws are properly installed and not over tightened. Damage to screw heads by overtightening will cause issues with removing your blade and is NOT covered under warranty.

Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable
Customer Reviews
This review is coming from the standpoint that these Theory Sabers are the most expensive lightsabers I've purchased, and I have 12+ ranging from customs, to 15yo Master Replicas (still work) to Savi's workshop and dok ondar's (Disney). I am not a hard to please consumer- and I considered these a premium product, that's the lens to look at these Pros/Cons from.
PROS
-Bright and loud! I bet these are 75% brighter than the next best saber I've used. We took them outside at night and it got the neighbors' attention like we were setting off fireworks.
-Motion activated sounds are sensitive (in a good way) between the light and sounds they emit, they are quite the experience to wield.
-Weathering looks phenomenal, so glad they offered this - contrast to my other Maul (Master Replicas) sabers is drastic and cool.
-The blade attachment method to the hilt is solid (4 retention screws) compared to other attachment methods this feels the most secure- unfortunately downside is it's a process to remove the blade and it's not a quick action.
CONS (Some of my complaints may be addressable by modifying the contents of the memory card? there were no instructions on that)
-I'll start with the biggest one to me, the alignment of the buttons; in hindsight you can kinda tell from the product photos, but it's worse in person. It's not how they're supposed to be and really detracts from the look- we were planning on using these as display pieces but everyone that's seen them so far has commented on "why are the buttons not in a row?" it was the first thing i noticed too when i originally opened the package, but i was hoping they provided a way to adjust the alignment.. it really gets jacked up looking when you attach the two sabers together.
-The music for Maul's profile- how are you not gonna have Duel of the Fates? That's a miss.
-The different ignitions are a novelty and after the initial "that's cool" they quickly become annoying, most of the time I accidentally switch away from "ignition 1" and then you have to cycle through 10 of them to get back to "ignition 1"... I just want a normal light up man.
-Only one display stand? i get that you can connect these two and at that point you could use the one stand, but i wanted to display them individually, you can't include a stand per saber?
-There were a bunch of rubber rings included, but no instructions on what they're for. Initially I was hoping they helped the alignment of the halves but no, and after emailing support they sent a picture of where they were supposed to go- no functionality just for looks.
Lack of included instructions, sucks-
1. Maybe I'm a bit old school but include the controls for SNV4 Two button if that's what your customer orders- don't make them go back to the site for something that has 30+ control options.
2. Can you remove the battery/control module from these? not sure because there was no instructions. - the 'Start here' video he mentions some sabers that the sound board/batter aren't removable, but which ones?
3. There are extra buttons in a bag, what are they for?
4. What's the memory card reader for? i assume to change functionality
First off, this is a really beautiful saber. It is exactly as described. But it still has a few flaws. My screws that hold in the blade, do not seem to fit the designated holes all that well. I find that concerning as if the blade will just fly off the hilt when swinging. I was also sold on buying a SNV4 for a certain sound which didn't actually come in this saber. Quite disappointed even if it's just 1 sound effect. I wish the power & aux buttons were the buttons on the actual saber. It defeats what a replica really could be in my opinion. It feels flawed to hit buttons that aren't "real" on the saber itself. Awesome job. Best low priced saber around! I WANT MORE, & I KNOW I SHOULDN'T..
This is an amazing saber! The detail is beautiful and the sound fonts are amazing! I have not been able to stop reenacting the Duel of Fates as well as other duels throughout the Star Wars trilogy. Theory you truly have out done yourself with these amazing lightsabers! Thank you so much from one Star Wars fan to another.
