Covered Under Warranty:

Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Dueling Damage: Damage from combat use, including impacts or strikes during dueling, which may stress or snap skinny-neck designs.
- Blatant Abuse: Misuse or intentional damage.
- Improper Operation: Issues due to incorrect use.
- Resale Products: Items bought from secondary markets.
- Retention Screws: Ensure screws are properly installed and not over tightened. Damage to screw heads by overtightening will cause issues with removing your blade and is NOT covered under warranty.

Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable

Love the saber! The only thing is the top piece of the hilt is crooked and doesn’t align with the rest of the hilt. I was just happy to have the saber and didn’t want to send it back. This is my 2nd theory saber and I’m 100% going to buy another! I understand these things can happen
I love this saber! this is one of my favorite lightsaber designs. I have cosplayed with an older larger version of this with another company for the past decade and this is quite the GLOW up. The button placement, while surprising at first, is very intuitive, and allows for comfortable grip and swing without hitting buttons. There are some sharp edges to watch out for, on the shroud and the pommel. I'm hoping to find a way to dull the sharp edges on the shroud without damaging it.
Exact replica. Well made. Great sound. Easy to amend programmes. Only slight issue is sometimes the power button dowsnt work first time.
I'm absolutely delighted with this lightsaber. It was always my favorite hilt from the prequels with its unique pommel. The sounds available are awesome even has the seismic charge bomb and dark saber sounds as well as rven tie fighter laser canons 😁😌 this is hands down the best lightsaber I've ever bought ! I will hopefully get another from you again someday if its anything like this . 😏 I love the box and cloth bags and covers it all comes with and the manual and extra details for it... I even love that it felt like I was constructing my own lightsaber with the Alan key 🔑 provided like Luke does in the deleted scene in ep 6 Tattooine cave. It just felt nostalgic and real delving into it. Thank you... only sound that I think you could and should add to the soundboard chip could be the X-Wing and N-1 Starfighter.

Loved this hilt since I first laid my eyes on star wars and the saber functions are super cool and easy to function.. BUT it bothers me deeply that the button isn’t alined with the grip like it’s presented in the film. Also doesn’t seem fixable
The weight and material are on point. It feels heavy and is when compared with other hilts or handles. Also the material of plastic and metal are great, very tough and durable. Only issue is the ribbed grasp moves and so does the metal plate under the buttons.
Love the look but it’s uncomfortable to hold and all the screws and buttons were loose out of the box (that you can’t tighten with any household tool). It’s hard to hold since the square looking parts on the bottom are very sharp and the buttons are right where you need to hold the saber. It’s great for displaying but just be careful for loose screws if you plan to duel
This saber holds a very special place in my heart. In Star Wars, it is my favorite style and my favorite character. I got the Proffie version, and it is a two-button style. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is that when I move it, something seems loose—not in the electronics, but just in the overall build. It's not like it falls apart; it just feels like something is loose. Other than that, it's amazing. Theory did an amazing job with this saber.
Yet another great saber from a great place. This has been my number one favorite hilt since I saw the prequels and now that I have it it has become even better. The hilt itself is very well made and feels great. Proffie internals are as good as ever. Saber looks and sounds awesome. If you are a fan of this one I highly recommend it.
Set screw for saber blade stripped on first assembly and blade can no longer be removed to allow for hilt display. Pretty bummed as overall design us rugged but component parts aren't.
