Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Dueling Damage: Damage from combat use, including impacts or strikes during dueling, which may stress or snap skinny-neck designs.
- Blatant Abuse: Misuse or intentional damage.
- Improper Operation: Issues due to incorrect use.
- Resale Products: Items bought from secondary markets.
- Retention Screws: Ensure screws are properly installed and not over tightened. Damage to screw heads by overtightening will cause issues with removing your blade and is NOT covered under warranty.

Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty. Contact Customer Support for assistance.

Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable

This is not my first Theory Sabers purchase, and I doubt it will be the last. High quality as always.
When I got it I was expecting something decent but was surprised at how well it actually turned out. I would recommend them have a tutorial QR code on how to use the buttons but other than that 10/10
Well to start with it came within days that was amazing but when it did come wow man its really a beautiful saber and a great one to my collection for sure will be getting more from theory sabers quality made great about of extras with it
This is by far the most underrated saber in my collection! Picked it up with the prequels sound font package and it sounds amazing.

First off, the saber itself is awesome, it looks like something a Sith assassin would use to hunt down jedi, the quality of brightness and sound on the proffie are fantastic........BUT I must address the hassle and problems I've had thus far on this particular saber. First when the saber arrived, they sent me the old version of the "Relic Hunter" the blue one, not red. Getting the actual saber that I ordered wasn't hard, their customer service got me the correct one free of charge. A week after having the saber it would randomly not have sound and will give me error messages about the SD card, I messaged back and forth with the customer service team for what felt like weeks because the video wouldn't play or that the video file was too big. Given that I recorded it on an iPhone and know that sometimes the files can be cumbersome, I get that sometimes media players don't want to play those videos. Once I got the video to work for them, I just randomly turned the saber on one day waiting to hear back and the sound worked. The customer Service team sent me a digital copy of the owner's manual and told me to "refer to it for any future troubleshooting." I'm still having this problem with it and will just let it sit for a few days, turn it on and it works fine. Don't get me wrong, I have been following Star Wars Theory for years, watching all his "What if" videos and absolutely love his Vader fan film he created a while back. When I heard this dude was starting a saber company I GEEKED out for weeks! But not being able to use my saber to go to the park with friends and family to do saber stunts or play lightsabers with my stepchildren is slightly disheartening....

Saber looks and sounds great, but my blade malfunctioned after under an hour of light use and I was told by the support team to buy a new blade after spending almost 300$ already.
Insanely gorgeous saber! Seems like it would feel odd to spin but it's actually very comfortable and ergonomic - again, it also just looks amazing.
Customer service was insane as well .. had a mixup with the orders but it was resolved so quickly in a way I wouldn't have expected, with very minimal effort required on my part.. this truly makes a fine addition to my collection!
