Covered Under Warranty:
- Damage on Arrival: Report any issues upon receiving the product.
- Soundboard Failure: Check our troubleshooting guide before requesting support.
- Product Defects: Defects that fall outside industry standards will be reviewed.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Dueling Damage: Damage from combat use, including impacts or strikes during dueling, which may stress or snap skinny-neck designs.
- Blatant Abuse: Misuse or intentional damage.
- Improper Operation: Issues due to incorrect use.
- Resale Products: Items bought from secondary markets.
- Retention Screws: Ensure screws are properly installed and not over tightened. Damage to screw heads by overtightening will cause issues with removing your blade and is NOT covered under warranty.
Important Note:
Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty. Contact Customer Support for assistance.
For support, submit a ticket, and our team will respond within 48 hours.
Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable

The saber itself is beautiful but the leather did not come warped around the hilt. I had a hard time warping it and have no confidence that the warp will stay put. The lone thing they gave me to hold the warp was some weak double sided stickers. Additional I'm having trouble with the color and side effects of the blades. But when it works right it is early fun to play around with.

Never got tracking email until the day of delivery I don't know if it took longer than it was supposed because i never got the email I had to email support and customer service like ten times until finally two days after the 11th email to customer service they sent me the tracking email two days after that it arrived lightsaber is great I picked it for the deal buy one get one and gif it to my brothe

Liked it enough to get the other one. :) On a real note though the Butcher (dark) is perfect for spinning and if you enjoy Revan there is no way you don’t enjoy this saber.
Received this saber in an apprentice mystery box. The hilt is beautiful. It is a bit on the heavy side with the pixel blade but not unmanageable. The 2 button design with gesture control makes Operations really simple. My only complaint is that the button placement makes it easy to turn off the blade while spinning. Overall im very pleased with it.
