- Defective Items: Eligible for return.

Covered Under Warranty:
- Damage on Arrival: Report any issues upon receiving the product.
- Soundboard Failure: Check our troubleshooting guide before requesting support.
- Product Defects: Defects that fall outside industry standards will be reviewed.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Dueling Damage: Damage from combat use, including impacts or strikes during dueling, which may stress or snap skinny-neck designs.
- Blatant Abuse: Misuse or intentional damage.
- Improper Operation: Issues due to incorrect use.
- Resale Products: Items bought from secondary markets.
- Retention Screws: Ensure screws are properly installed and not over tightened. Damage to screw heads by overtightening will cause issues with removing your blade and is NOT covered under warranty.
Important Note:
Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty. Contact Customer Support for assistance.
For support, submit a ticket, and our team will respond within 48 hours.
Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable

My ONLY issue is the power button frame, it’s a little sharp on the corners, and kinda digs into the hand when twirling.

This saber is amazing! Ordered it on April 24th BOGO with the black Tuner - E28-A as the free saber and received my order on May, Revenge of the 5th. I've bought several now and I think it is probably the most incredible saber so far. It just feels right in your hand I just don't know what else to say about it really.
Although, I did have a bit of an issue with the grip wrap tape for the handle. I did ultimately figure it out though and I think it looks great!

I've bought many sabers over the years and I have to say that this one is really amazing! The sound fonts are all on point in regards to the character's specific saber sound. The blade effects are incredible as well! I bought the prequels package and I'm glad I did! Kyberphonics is a great match with Theory Sabers hilts! I definitely recommend getting this saber if you've been thinking about buying it.

This was definitely one of the sabers I wanted in a long time, and when I heard Theory was about to do his own saber company I knew this was the right time to buy the saber! It's beautiful and has a lot of room to practice your swing. Definitely will be back again!
I’m astounded by the value of this Saber, though admittedly it’s my first one since my childhood. Have already had vigorous duels with it. It’s a great display piece and comes with lots of nice trinkets.
My only nitpick for what I assume is just an issue with this specific hilt is I find that it keeps turning off in combat. I don’t know if that’s because the ignition is too sensitive or if the twist-to-shut-down is too sensitive, or something else. If there’s a way to fix that it’s an easy 5 Star review. My wife wants to get one, my brother and his fiancee want to get one, and my other brother wants to get one. Awesome value!

Theory Sabers got me into proffie lightsabers again! The attention to detail on these products is top tier. The SK2 is feels great to hold and spin! I appreciate the fact that Theory really took the time to find a manufacturer that he felt gives a quality experience to the customer.
I love the level of customization available on Proffie! Was a bit of a learning curve, but learned a lot through the process. Well worth it. I highly recommend this saber for any fans of The Force Unleashed games and if you the patience, and willingness to learn, proffie all the way!
