- Dueling Damage: Damage from combat use, including impacts or strikes during dueling, which may stress or snap skinny-neck designs.
- Blatant Abuse: Misuse or intentional damage.

- Resale Products: Items bought from secondary markets.
- Retention Screws: Ensure screws are properly installed and not over tightened. Damage to screw heads by overtightening will cause issues with removing your blade and is NOT covered under warranty.

Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable

Spectacular saber! I wish the handle was a bit longer it's clunky to grab with two hands. The sound board is fantastic. I wish all the sabers came with specific instructions on how to use them, the button system is very intricate to use. Not child or user friendly. Beautiful saber overall!
A great looking saber, i love the design etched into the hilt and the detail that compliments the asymmetry. However, this saber is not practical for actual dueling; the light in tip of the lightsaber of the pixel blade broke on day one and the white piece of PVC at the top of the hilt became a bit loose. So now it is more of a display piece since i am afraid of breaking it more, which is to bad since i got the more expensive chip and blade.
This was my free saber for the BOGO Black Friday deal that TheorySabers graciously bestowed upon us. I purchased the Jedi Survivor proffie and I received this RGB 32 inch as my free saber. I can’t emphasize how cool this was to get a mystery saber. I would scour across Reddit, instagram and these review comments to try to find a algorithm on what potential lightsaber I could have gotten. I am so glad I got this saber! It is an underrated saber for sure. As a padawan you can master the art of the lightsaber with this saber in hand. Surprisingly has a great feel for it and the downward hilt design adds extra support for hand grip during a spin. The colors are awesome. I love the textured handle in the hilt, the imperial white along with the small accents of metallic red. The slits in the downward hilt design allows you to see the color of the blade and it’s a nice little touch for the design. I’m not a huge fan of the music that these sabers come because I feel that the speakers aren’t the best but unfortunately this saber doesn’t come with any ! (Or maybe it does I’m just going based off the other dudes comment. Too lazy to find out)
The pictures do not show a side profile, but Ven's white piece has a slight downward diagonal shift going to the back. It also has three horizontal slits on the backside that are a good touch. If you hold the saber in a salute position, like that of Dooku's center ability in Battlefront II, the top half's design is beautifully angled and contrastive. It gives an old-republic vibe. The handle itself feels firm and provides the slightest prickling sensation in multiple areas, befitting the baroque styling. This is the kind of lightsaber that you'd wield one-handed. It instills a sense of royalty, elitism, and power. The two red stripes are reflective material, not lights (in case you thought they were like I did). The Ven, I feel, is one of the company's most unique sabers. Well done. One thing that disappointed me was that there was no music. The free RGB sabers I received (Moondust Silver and Chrome Elegance) had music. But the Ven did not (or at least my Ven). For that, minus one star.
Ven is designed beautifully and the black part of the hilt has such a beautiful floral looking design paired with a smooth with top. The gift is for my daughter and I couldn’t imagine a more deadly looking saber to use for her cosplay adventures this year, and under $200 it’s hard to pass it up. A steal!!

The first lightsaber I've ever bought, and it's beautiful! The detail on the grip is really nice and isn't too rough when holding/spinning the saber. The red strips are also a really nice touch. Would very much recommend!
