Returns
- Defective Items: Eligible for return.
- Non-Defective Items: Returns accepted only if:Requested within 14 days of delivery.Item is unopened with all original tags and packaging.

Covered Under Warranty:
- Damage on Arrival: Report any issues upon receiving the product.
- Soundboard Failure: Check our troubleshooting guide before requesting support.
- Product Defects: Defects that fall outside industry standards will be reviewed.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Dueling Damage: Damage from combat use, including impacts or strikes during dueling, which may stress or snap skinny-neck designs.
- Blatant Abuse: Misuse or intentional damage.
- Improper Operation: Issues due to incorrect use.
- Resale Products: Items bought from secondary markets.
- Retention Screws: Ensure screws are properly installed and not over tightened. Damage to screw heads by overtightening will cause issues with removing your blade and is NOT covered under warranty.
Important Note:
Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty. Contact Customer Support for assistance.

Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable

I bought the Apprentice box which I was very pleased with, so I figured maybe I'd spend the extra $100 and maybe get something even better. Turns out I got the same saber ( The Judger). The saber arrived slightly loose and one song doesn't even play. When I have ordered in the past the delivery would ship from China, land in Alaska, got to KY then MD then to Maine where I live, and literally over night. This time it went to 3 cities in CA,the NV,NE,OH,IA,NJ got stuck in CT and had to have the barcode replaced,then to me in Maine. Bouncing around the country probably did not help any damage done to the saber.
I really enjoyed the free sabers I received in the sale though both very nice.

Was very pleased with the product and the packaging, it’s just as good as all the reviews. The specific pull i got was one of the higher chance/lower tier options I think for the Master box, but i was still impressed. Got another mystery box on the way of the tier under this one and am exited to see what i get. The only reason i give it 4 stars is because the tracking did not seem to be super accurate at least on the shopify app, which isn’t a theory problem.
I got an exact duplicate. Customer Service helped me get an exchange. I was able to get a completely new saber and while it was a net loss on my part, I valued the care and attention that was given to me. That made the experience that much better. Thanks team!

I got the Dark saber SE in my mistery box, a saber that was not really on my list but as soon as i opened it i was blown away by the design and not only that but just the pure detail on the box really makes me want to buy another one. I did not win a golden ticket but maybe next time :)
I purchased a mystery box during Theory Saber's bogo sale. One thing I've noticed about buying bogo box's is that I haven't received a duplicate saber from them. So, getting a mystery box during bogo is double the kaboom baby. I love them. Thank you'll!!!
