Returns
- Defective Items: Eligible for return.
- Non-Defective Items: Returns accepted only if:Requested within 14 days of delivery.Item is unopened with all original tags and packaging.

Covered Under Warranty:
- Damage on Arrival: Report any issues upon receiving the product.
- Soundboard Failure: Check our troubleshooting guide before requesting support.
- Product Defects: Defects that fall outside industry standards will be reviewed.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Dueling Damage: Damage from combat use, including impacts or strikes during dueling, which may stress or snap skinny-neck designs.
- Blatant Abuse: Misuse or intentional damage.
- Improper Operation: Issues due to incorrect use.
- Resale Products: Items bought from secondary markets.
- Retention Screws: Ensure screws are properly installed and not over tightened. Damage to screw heads by overtightening will cause issues with removing your blade and is NOT covered under warranty.

Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable

I must admit, the Theory Sabers hats I purchased have been a revelation particularly the trucker style, which sits on my head with the kind of balance Yoda himself would approve of. I’ve enjoyed it so much that I’m already planning my next acquisition, because let’s face it: a Jedi may not crave adventure, but he definitely craves more hats.
These hats have also turned me into something of a galactic influencer. Friends constantly ask where I got mine, and after I pointed them toward Theory Sabers, they too joined the rebellion against boring headwear. It’s safe to say the hats are spreading faster than Ewoks at a forest party.
What excites me most is the anticipation of new designs from Theory Sabers and his team. One day, I hope for a fitted hat worthy of a council seat something sleek, powerful, and perhaps even capable of helping me resist the Dark Side of bad fashion. Until then, I’ll continue to wear my trucker hat proudly, reminding myself that while I may not wield a lightsaber, I certainly have the Force of great style on my side.
