- Damage on Arrival: Report any issues upon receiving the product.
- Soundboard Failure: Check our troubleshooting guide before requesting support.
- Product Defects: Defects that fall outside industry standards will be reviewed.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Dueling Damage: Damage from combat use, including impacts or strikes during dueling, which may stress or snap skinny-neck designs.
- Blatant Abuse: Misuse or intentional damage.
- Improper Operation: Issues due to incorrect use.
- Resale Products: Items bought from secondary markets.
- Retention Screws: Ensure screws are properly installed and not over tightened. Damage to screw heads by overtightening will cause issues with removing your blade and is NOT covered under warranty.
Important Note:
Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty. Contact Customer Support for assistance.

Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable

company scammed me out of 2 free sabers! When only one saber arrived they said that the one I received wasn't eligible but their code worked! I asked to pay the difference to receive 2 free for my kids or return current saber and purchase again both no customer service would not work with me! Will never by a saber from theory sabers again!

With it being my thirtieth this year, so I decided to treat myself and get this superb, affordable version my favourite saber. The detailing is excellent and the delivery was surprisingly fast, considering I live in the UK and these are from the US. Overall, very pleased with the product, thank you.
Throughout watching all the Theory Sabers ads and looking at all the cool lightsabers, I just knew I had to get my hands on one. This was an RGB Saber I got and even though its not a neopixel, it is still a very phenomenal saber. From the smooth swing, to the brightness and sound quality, everything was just on point. Very good saber for a very good price. I do not regret spending money on this.
Arrived within 3 weeks with no import fee to germany. I was surprised how heavy it was. For me it was definitively worth it

This is my first Theory sabers product I've bought and I greatly enjoy it. I got the proffie version back from the father's day sale and just as the user guide says, it is a premium experience. the quality of the saber hilt is amazing being chrome metal and it has a nice weight to it. the shipping of the saber taken a long while but I expected it since during sales shipping is more chaotic. overall I endorse the saber and recommend it as a first time saber and for anyone looking for a more affordable but premium experience and product.
