Returns
- Defective Items: Eligible for return.

Covered Under Warranty:
- Damage on Arrival: Report any issues upon receiving the product.
- Soundboard Failure: Check our troubleshooting guide before requesting support.
- Product Defects: Defects that fall outside industry standards will be reviewed.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Dueling Damage: Damage from combat use, including impacts or strikes during dueling, which may stress or snap skinny-neck designs.
- Blatant Abuse: Misuse or intentional damage.
- Improper Operation: Issues due to incorrect use.
- Resale Products: Items bought from secondary markets.
- Retention Screws: Ensure screws are properly installed and not over tightened. Damage to screw heads by overtightening will cause issues with removing your blade and is NOT covered under warranty.

Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable

The blade has a nice weight to it and is very fun to swing. The connection is a bit confusing to assembled however and is a little wobbly. Still very great fit for the Ronin hilt
Shipping/Delivery
Shipping was quick. Purchased on May 27, got cleared for shipping on June 4 in Hong Kong, and delivered to my doorstep on June 5. Took nine days from purchase date to delivery date.
Product
The box looked like it was distributed by another saber blade manufacturing company that delivers flat, katana blades. I was surprised to not find TheorySabers anywhere on the box. The blade was protected by bubble wrap and a soft fabric. The blade itself is phenomenal. Definitely has weight to it.
Overall:
I am satisfied with this purchase and DEFINITELY complements the Ronin hilt for a Japanese Samurai look. I believe this is a worthy attachment to include with the Ronin. I imagine this blade is meant for display or twirling purposes only and not for heavy-duty choreography or combat, given the delicacy of the material.
Advice for Consumers:
1) Be mindful that this is slightly heavier than the standard pixel blade. It is also about 1 to 2-inches shorter than the standard 32-inch pixel blade.
2) With the alignment of the blade’s retention screws with the blade itself, I would recommend NOT touching the blade’s retention screws. Just simply tighten/loosen the four retention screws from the hilt.
3) The blade does feel a little wobbly / flimsy, even when the hilt’s retention screws are tightened. This is akin to an actual katana, where the blade is supposed to feel slightly wobbly / flimsy.
Recommendations / Suggestions for TheorySabers:
1) Include the dimensions or weight of the blade.
2) Mention the durability of the blade in comparison to the RGB vs Pixel versions. (As mentioned, I imagine this is more for display and twirling rather than physically hitting the blade).
