Returns

Covered Under Warranty:
- Damage on Arrival: Report any issues upon receiving the product.
- Soundboard Failure: Check our troubleshooting guide before requesting support.
- Product Defects: Defects that fall outside industry standards will be reviewed.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Dueling Damage: Damage from combat use, including impacts or strikes during dueling, which may stress or snap skinny-neck designs.
- Blatant Abuse: Misuse or intentional damage.
- Improper Operation: Issues due to incorrect use.
- Resale Products: Items bought from secondary markets.
- Retention Screws: Ensure screws are properly installed and not over tightened. Damage to screw heads by overtightening will cause issues with removing your blade and is NOT covered under warranty.

Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable

Blade won't fit properly but other then that perfect saber
Especially considering it's an SE not a replica, the detail is INCREDIBLE. Unless you specifically were looking for one or two exact details, it would be basically impossible to tell that it's not a replica. I purchased mine at a convention, and used it the rest of the days. One of the days, I was doing some duelling with it and the handguard took a hit, and the screws holding the silver part of it actually disconnectedanc the part fell off. Under normal circumstances, that would make this maybe 2 stars, but I went back to the booth and Cody from their support team took a look at it, checked the screws, and determined there was an issue with the screws. He then swapped the handguard piece with the one in the display, which was not damaged. I've had zero problems with it since. Combining the hilt, the blade plug, display stand, the bag for the hilt, the customer service, and the great sound fonts that were pre installed-- absolutely awesome, and deserving of five stars because of it.
I love it
The only thing that would make Theory Sabers better would be if the sabers were real. I got this Ronin SE with a mystery saber (Spirit). My first purchase from Theory was the General Cyborg. All are great, quality products. You can't go wrong with Theory Sabers.

Wielding this saber definitely took some getting used to. The wrapping was well-done and it felt more natural the more I used this saber. I like to hold my sabers closer to the emitter, so this was a new experience. Otherwise... a great blade.
