Covered Under Warranty:
- Damage on Arrival: Report any issues upon receiving the product.
- Soundboard Failure: Check our troubleshooting guide before requesting support.
- Product Defects: Defects that fall outside industry standards will be reviewed.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Dueling Damage: Damage from combat use, including impacts or strikes during dueling, which may stress or snap skinny-neck designs.
- Blatant Abuse: Misuse or intentional damage.
- Improper Operation: Issues due to incorrect use.
- Resale Products: Items bought from secondary markets.
- Retention Screws: Ensure screws are properly installed and not over tightened. Damage to screw heads by overtightening will cause issues with removing your blade and is NOT covered under warranty.
Important Note:
Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty. Contact Customer Support for assistance.
For support, submit a ticket, and our team will respond within 48 hours.
Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable

And a couple of other sabers from other companies idk if im allowed to name drop.This was my first obi wan saber. It's a little top heavy but great for display.

Overall, this is an incredible product. I enjoy the weight, the look, the structural design, and the quality. The lightsaber’s sounds and effects are incredible. I have been blown away by it. The only downside is that the blade can slightly move due to the true to movie design of Obi-Wan’s lightsaber. But, if the retention screws are applied well, then it doesn't wobble.
I grew up very much the same as Nia, but I am bit younger. Obi Wan has always been my favorite Jedi, his lightsaber from episode 3 is was the only lightsaber I ever had growing up. So naturally I knew eventually when I had adult money I wanted a replica. My first neopixel blade of its kind and I trusted Theory Sabers to be the company I purchased it from. Not only did it come with all the bells and whistles it came with an additional hilt and blade! I figured I would’ve been getting just a light saber and no blade. I was wrong! They went above and beyond and I know for a fact I will be buying here again. The lightsaber is super beautiful and perfectly accurate. The screws to tighten the blade were a bit tricky, the Allen wrench that comes with it is a bit flimsy but if you use a heavy duty one you won’t have any issues screwing the blade into place for it to fit nice and sturdy. No complaints at all! It’s a 10 out of 10!
I love it the lightsaber is well designed and has a good weight to it. It was securely packaged and delivered with care by the driver. Highly recommend them.
When this site had its first May 4th sale I jumped at the opportunity to buy my first Proffie Saber...
From the moment I scared my self turning it on for the first time I knew i made the right choice.
Obi-wan has always ben my absolute favorite character especially Ben Kenobi. Growing up I had the little action figures with the tiny sabers always imagining what it would be like to hold a lightsaber in my hand. LET ME TELL YOU .. this being the next closest thing could make a grown man cry.
HOWEVER It does have some issues the ignition box always comes a little loose after a while and wobbles, but this I find is an easy fix. But it always finds a way to do it again. My final issue is that even though I’m not really using this as much as I would like to the retention screws still can’t stop the blade from wobbling I’ve replaced them and still I have the same issue and the blade is fine. Other than that 10/10 … Maul Slayer is on my list next
This lightsaber defines perfection. Obiwan Kenobi has always been one of my favorite characters and this saber lives up to the hype. From the design to the functionality and everything in between. I recommend this company to all of my friends and can’t wait to get another.
Hilt is absolutely amazing, it has great weight and looks very real, the only complaint that I have is with the blade. It only sits about a quarter of an inch inside the hilt. And no matter how many times I’ve tried to tighten it, it’s loose and will completely swing off
