Returns
- Defective Items: Eligible for return.

Covered Under Warranty:
- Damage on Arrival: Report any issues upon receiving the product.
- Soundboard Failure: Check our troubleshooting guide before requesting support.
- Product Defects: Defects that fall outside industry standards will be reviewed.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Dueling Damage: Damage from combat use, including impacts or strikes during dueling, which may stress or snap skinny-neck designs.
- Blatant Abuse: Misuse or intentional damage.
- Improper Operation: Issues due to incorrect use.
- Resale Products: Items bought from secondary markets.
- Retention Screws: Ensure screws are properly installed and not over tightened. Damage to screw heads by overtightening will cause issues with removing your blade and is NOT covered under warranty.

Polarity: Align + and - symbols correctly to prevent damage.
Charging: Use a 5V 1A adapter only. Charge for 3-4 hours max; do not charge overnight.
Warranty: Damage from dueling is not covered.
Blade Use: Insert the blade before powering on. Avoid twisting to prevent damage.
Core Installation: Do not twist the core when inserting to avoid pin damage.
Hilt Handling: Do not unscrew the hilt from the middle section.
Customization: Modifications that alter files or damage the board void the warranty and are non-refundable

The stand is really great all the colour options are alot of fun to scroll through and I love the panel themed lighting. Your saber can truly stand out with this stand I think any collector should have one. I've had one issue with the battery popping out however I can happily say it's very easy to unscrew the lid put the battery back and screw everything back together, very user friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

I finally decided to pick one of these things up, it's a pretty sweet looking! Found it bit of a hassle putting it together. I see why they give you so many extra screws because I did manage to strip few of them. But I think it is pretty well worth it in the end.
This thing is legit. Great quality and perfect if u want ur saber collection to pop! I love how many different options for colors it comes with. U can just switch it up every once in a while and it’s like having a new stand.
And let me tell u guys, I’ve gotta give props where they’re due. Customer Service is a pet peeve of mine that almost always disappoints me, even when the products are top notch like these here are. But Theory Sabers goes above and beyond. I was slightly confused about the extra brackets that come with this stand. Rather than just simply try to explain and maybe having to go back and forth not understanding….Josh immediately recorded and sent me a custom video, putting the stand together while explaining it all. Some might say that’s overkill and a waste of time which is money. To those people i say because of something like that they just gained a loyal returning customer
For me personally this goes a long way towards showing how much they care about every single customer. Can’t wait for my next purchase. Very business savvy on u guys’ part. I wish this company nothing but success.
Got me a few sabers during BOGO deals. Had to get a stand for them and don't regret it.
It's super cool! Has multiple different light settings and colors, a cool stand that displays multiple sabers at once. The only critique i have about it and it could just be the sabers I have on it right now, but I think the middle and back pieces that hold the sabers could be a little higher so you can see those sabers a little better. But all in all a super cool stand. I will definitely be getting another one in the future.
